SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Magick in Black

Magick in Black offers shipping across all locations in India, six days a week. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays or on nationally recognized holidays.

Shipping Information:

  • Delivery Charges: We provide free shipping across India via courier services.

  • International Orders: We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working to make this available soon.

  • Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery time is 7–10 working days.

  • Order Processing: We commit to handing over your package to our courier partners within 10 working days of receiving your order and payment. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service after dispatch.

Proof of Delivery:

  • A signature and valid ID proof of the recipient are required upon delivery. Once signed and received, responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient.

  • If the item is a gift or delivered to a third party, a signature and ID proof of the recipient will serve as confirmation of delivery and fulfillment of our obligation.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, in such cases, we will not be able to offer any refunds or reimbursements.

  • To help ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate and reachable contact number with your shipping address at the time of placing the order.

Refunds for Non-Delivery:

  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your confirmed order, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Taxes:

  • A cumulative GST of 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST) will be added to your total bill.
